Getting Started

Call, text, or email me to set up a 15-minute consultation to let me answer any questions you might have for me and let me get to know you a little bit so we can decide whether this might be a good fit for both of us. Not every therapeutic relationship feels right and it’s important to me that you find the right fit for you. Therapy doesn’t work as well if we don’t feel connected to our therapist. While we chat on the phone if we decide that we would like to move forward we set up an appointment to meet face to face for our first appointment. During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy in depth and come up with ideas about how to best help you get your needs met.
